Data Deletion

You can delete your MyProfits account and all the data backed up to it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets deleted.

Can't open the app?

Email hello@webfront360.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject line "Delete my MyProfits account". We reply within 5 business days to confirm you are the account holder, then delete everything within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (name, email, profile picture URL, sign-in identifiers)
• All businesses you created, with their products, costs, expenses and bills
• All sales, owner withdrawals and stock movements
• All customers, what they owe, their payments and discounts
• All attendants and their scrambled PINs
• Your early-access sign-up, if you joined the waitlist with the same email
• Your purchase history held by RevenueCat, our purchases provider
• Every active session, so you are signed out everywhere

What we keep

• Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot be traced back to you (for example, how many accounts were created in a month).
• Records we are legally required to keep. This is very rare, and we will tell you if it applies.

What deleting your account does not do

• It does not cancel a Pro subscription. Apple or Google bills you, not us. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) before you delete your account.
• It does not remove records on your phone. MyProfits keeps your records on your device so it works offline. Uninstall the app to remove them.
• It does not delete your Apple or Google account. We only delete what MyProfits holds. To stop MyProfits appearing in your Apple or Google account settings, remove it there under apps that use Sign in with Apple, or third-party connections in your Google Account.
